In many parts of the country, winter weather has started to make us all feel a bit blue. However, fashion optimists everywhere are seeing the upside to blue and are using it as the new neutral. One of my favorite pieces is the chambray shirt. I wear mine to work with a pencil skirt and heels to dress it up, on the weekends with a bright colored pant, or sometimes I just throw it over my outfit as an alternative to a cardigan or blazer. The best part? Denim and chambray are different types of fabric so it’s okay to wear them together.
