Introducing: Skweez Coutour Shapewear by Jill Zarin

Today, we are pleased to welcome a very special guest blogger: Jill Zarin.

I am very proud to announce the launch of Skweez Couture shapewear and hosiery as well as Jill Zarin Jewelry at Bon-Ton.  You may not know prior to my being on TV, I worked for many years in the hosiery and apparel market.  It is with that experience and an incredible team that we bring you the most innovative yet classic shapers, legwear, and jewelry developed for women like you and me. I want to share with you trends from both of my product lines for spring that I cannot live without, nor should you!

It is an honor to be asked to participate in Bon-Ton’s largest annual fashion event and to present some of those styles to you on Saturday, April 13, 2013 at the Trendevous Fashion Show being held at the Bon-Ton Park City Center at 8:30AM . Check in begins at 7:30am, browse the store and get a complementary coffee and treat.

On the hosiery front, we are taking a more sophisticated style inspired by old Hollywood glamour. Sheer black stockings paired with fresh textures and designs that not only decorate, but reshape as well. Skweez Couture has turned hosiery into a way to sculpt the body from the waist down. Diamonds, polka dots and stripes are strewn across ultra sheer stockings in black on black designs that exploit texture to its fullest. The look is perfectly in keeping with Spring’s tendency to focus on varying opacity and layering. In a subtler trend, black footless sheers are simplified to achieve a coquettish look. Pattern is eliminated, allowing these tights to create a look that is sophisticated, yet playful.

Fabric prints have evolved into more eclectic patterns, which has added an additional fashionable detail to my shapewear collection. Ornate blooms, butterflies and dots are found in subtle tones such as silver and gun metal gray. Delicate lace details add elegance and femininity to the Skweez Couture shaping collection now available at selected Bon Ton stores.
